Overview

B–SIDE OPENS Thursday 20 October!

Blindside's annual celebration of local artists is on again. The sixth iteration of B–SIDE, an online artwork sale and gallery fundraiser, happens from 20 – 28 October 2022.

100+ local contemporary artists are participating, with works on offer including drawing, painting, photography, print, sculpture, shower curtain, stained glass and tapestry. Plus many other highly desirable and unique pieces guaranteed to spark joy.

Follow @blindside_ari on Instagram for previews of all the artworks throughout October.

B–SIDE’s aim is to raise funds through the sale of artworks and Blindside artist editions to enable us to continue to program pivotal exhibitions, facilitate critical and engaging public programs, and support arts writers and artists at all stages of their careers.

This program takes place on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded - this land is stolen land. We pay respects to Wurundjeri Elders, past, present and emerging, to the Elders from other communities and to any other Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders who might encounter or participate in the program.
